Ms. Harris

GO CANES!!! My name is Krista Harris. I work with 1st and 2nd grade students here at CPS. I have been teaching for 13 years. I started out my teaching career by teaching K-2 EIP reading and math. I have also taught kindergarten and 2nd grade. Here at CPS, I teach 1st and 2nd grade special education.  I LOVE being a Purple Hurricane and I LOVE it here at CPS!!

I have two girls that are Purple Hurricanes. My oldest is Addie, and she is in 8th grade at CMS. My youngest is Lauren, and she is in 6th grade at CMS. Both of them love to cheer and are members of the State Championship Competition Cheerleading team at the middle school.

I am so blessed to be doing a job I love. The greatest feeling in the world is to see a child learning and know that you played a part in that. Thank you for letting me be a part of your child's learning!
