Mrs. Jennifer Fitzgerald

Hello! My name is Jennifer Fitzgerald, and I am so blessed to get the opportunity to be a part of Cartersville Primary School again this year. This is my fifth year with Cartersville City Schools teaching Pre-K. I love being a Cane! I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. I am currently working on my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Berry College and will graduate in December. This is my 15th year teaching, and I am so fortunate to get to do what I love. I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, Second, and Third grade. I have always had a passion for teaching. I love to see how much my students grow and learn every year. It is such an honor to be able to make a positive mark on the life of a child and encourage their love for learning.

I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Christopher, and we have two children. Isabella is 18, and she will be a first-year student at Kennesaw State University this year, Hooty Hoo! My son Jasper is 13 and will be an 8th grader at Cartersville Middle School. I am so lucky to be their Mom and see their mark on the world.

I love reading, traveling, listening to music, spending time with family/friends, and watching baseball/football. Go Canes!!!!

My favorite quote is by Walt Disney- "You can make your dreams come true if you have the courage to pursue them." I hope to give your child the courage and determination to never stop reaching for the stars. This year will be filled with love, laughter, and learning, and I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child!
