Celeste Jones

Hello! Thank you for visiting my teacher page, and I'm so glad you're here! My name is Celeste Jones. I am a second grade special education teacher. This is my 6th year as a teacher but my 2nd year at CPS! I am so excited to be a Cane, and I have a true love for teaching. The most important fact about me is that I love my students. I love to get to know all my kids personally, and I will always advocate for them! I enjoy going to their sporting events and supporting them outside the classroom as well. Teaching little ones is a crucial part of my job, but it's not my only job. Building relationships and loving kids is something I take very seriously, and it's an honor to get to do so!

I am not originally from Cartersville, but I am a close neighbor. I grew up in Rome, and went to Model high school and attended the University of West Georgia for college. I have traveled all over the states, and though I love going new places, Georgia is definitely the best place to call home! I am a wife of a wrestling and football coach, and a mother of two very special little girls. Family is super important to me, so alot of my free time is spent with them. However, when I do have the chance, I love to read, go on walks, and travel.
