Mr. Steve Quilico

Hey there, my name is Steve Quilico and I am a third grade teacher here at CPS. I was born and raised in the state of Colorado and just recently moved my family to Cartersville. I love how friendly everyone is here! I have held many different jobs over my career, spanning from the US Coast Guard, construction, teaching, and being a small business owner. I have always found my way back to the classroom, where I have nearly a decade of experience teaching from 3^rd grade all the way through high school social studies. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education from Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado. I am dual licensed to teach the primary grades as well as secondary social studies.

My wife Leslie and I have 3 daughters, all in Cartersville schools: Andee (9^th), MaeBelle (7^th), and West (3^rd).

I am passionate about building relationships in and out of the classroom, and you will find me at many sporting events in the district! If you see me out and about, please don’t be shy and say hello.
