Welcome to Pre-K!

My name is Lily Wood, and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year! Teaching has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl, and now it's finally coming true. I graduated from Kennesaw State University in May with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. This will be my first year teaching, and I am so grateful to be part of the best school ever! When I got introduced to Cartersville, I immediately fell in love and knew I wanted to be part of the Cartersville community. This year will be full of learning, laughter, and fun. I am passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive environment where every student feels heard and valued. In my free time, I love to hang out with friends, family, and my dog Everett. This is going to be an amazing year. GO CANES!
