Ms. Leigh Anne Conduff

As a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education, I spent the first eight years of my career teaching in Arkansas.

In 1995, I moved to Georgia with my family and taught in Bartow County at Cloverleaf Elementary School while it was a Fine Arts Charter School. During that time, I received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Piedmont College. I was also privileged to serve as Bartow County Teacher of the Year, 2001.

I joined Cartersville City Schools in 2002 and taught at the Elementary School for 15 years. Once again, I returned to Piedmont College and completed my Educational Specialist Degree. For three years, I taught Social Studies at Cartersville Middle School. During this time,  I completed a certification to teach Gifted/Talented classes. Currently, I am facilitating the social studies curriculum through Cartersville Virtual Academy as we maneuver Covid 19.

Personally, I was born in Arlington, Texas and was raised in Midland. I have three daughters who are 32, 30, and 28 years-old. My daughter Lexie and her husband live in Chicago with my grand-dog Mr. Darcy. Meredith and her husband Todd live in Lincoln, Alabama. They have my grandsons, of whom I adore! Finally, my daughter Caitlin lives in Ringgold, Georgia.
