Miss Sabrina Struss, Earth Science

      Welcome to 6th Grade!!! I have also taught ELA and Reading at CMS.  This is my 24th year teaching and have spent over half of my career at Cartersville Middle. 

    My name will be changing at the beginning of the academic year, my new last name will be Struss so do not be alarmed if your sixth grader mentions my name as Struss. 

    I was born in Spain on American Air Force Base and lived in Florida before locating permanently to Georgia. I live near Rome, but my son graduated from Cartersville High School where he was a high honor, highly decorated student athelete. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, horseback riding,  and attending baseball and softball games.  I am also an administrator for a local feline rescue in Floyd County and volunteer a great amount of time to the homeless, abused, and neglected cats in the area.
