Ms. Ashlee Dubruiel

My name is Ashlee Dubruiel, and I grew up in Northwest Tennessee with two siblings who have gifted me two nieces and a nephew. I started playing basketball at 5 years old and continued through college, which is how I ended up at Bethel University on a scholarship. Being an educator has given me the opportunity to continue my passion for the game by coaching it for twelve years. As I enter into my thirteenth year of teaching ELA, I've taught multiple grade-levels, but I've spent the most time in 7th grade, nine of the twelve years. I have experience in public, private, and online education in both Tennessee and California. Other than teaching and coaching, my favorite hobbies are trying new foods and traveling as much as I can.

**Extra credit for anyone who pronounces my last name (DO-BRE-L) correctly at Open House. :)
