Mr. River Brannon

Hello! My name is River Brannon. I graduated from Model High School (Rome,GA) in 2015 before attending Reinhardt University (Waleska, GA), where I graduated in 2019, and shortly after graduation, started teaching at Cartersville Middle School. I have also obtained my Masters Degree in History Education through Piedmont University (2023). I played collegiate baseball while attending Reinhardt University and I now am the Head Softball Coach here at CMS, as well as the Head JV Baseball Coach for CHS.

This is my fifth year in my educational career, and I am enjoying every challenge I face. I look forward to bringing joy and excitement into the classroom and onto the field! The support I have found from the local community in this past years has been truly incredible. The Cartersville community has more of a family feeling than any other place in the state!

I am beyond blessed to have the opportunity to represent the Cartersville family both in the classroom and on the field! Teaching/Coaching are my passions and I could not have landed in a better location to do what I love.
