The 1st day of practice is Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Athletes must be eligible to participate, and they must have an athletic physical on file with the front office. 

Practices begin immediately after school. Athletes will report to the designated area (please listen for announcements), then move from there as instructed each day. Practice times may vary depending on number of athletes, but we anticipate practices will end between 5:30-5:40.

We expect each athlete to:

Attend all practices and meets

Behave exceptionally well

Create success in the Classroom

Dedicate themselves to being the best they can possibly be

Exhibit great Effort

Focus on the things they can control
