Dr. Kim Foster

My name is Kim Foster, and this is my seventeenth year of teaching and my eleventh year at Cartersville High School. I have the privilege to work with new teachers as well as support all CHS staff through professional development.

I taught 8th grade ELA at Haymon-Morris Middle school for five years, and I then taught 9th Grade Literature and Composition and American Literature and Composition at Carrollton High School for one year. I taught Advanced Composition, World Literature, and theTeaching as a Profession here at CHS for nine years.

My husband, Conor, and I have been married for thirteen years, and we have four children: Madi (9 years), Baylor (7 years), Chloe (5 years), and Hudson (2 years). My husband coaches football at Cartersville High School, and we are Purple Hurricanes through and through!
