Dr. Kim Foster
My name is Kim Foster, and I teach Contemporary Issues in Education and Teaching as a Profession Practicum. This is my fifteenth year of teaching and my ninth year at Cartersville High School. This year I have the privilege to work with new teachers as well as support all CHS staff through professional development.
I taught 8th grade ELA at Haymon-Morris Middle school for five years, and I then taught 9th Grade Literature and Composition and American Literature at Carrollton High School for one year.
My husband, Conor, and I have been married for eleven years, and we have four children: Madi (8 years), Baylor (6 years), Chloe (4 years), and Hudson (9 months). My husband coaches football at Cartersville High School, so we are Purple Hurricanes through and through!
