Mr. Wade Stewart

I am entering my 17th year in education, my 14th as a teacher, and my 5th year here at Cartersville High School. I am married to my wife, Dr. LauraAnne Stewart. LauraAnne serves as a Physical Therapist for Advent Home Health, located in Cartersville. We have one son, Wyatt (10), and he is a 4th grader at Cartersville Primary school. This past year we welcomed our second son to our Family, Joseph. We  enjoy our sports, especially football, and time out on the lake.

I will be teaching in the Social Studies department and serving as an Assistant Football Coach. I am originally from Perry, Georgia. I have previously worked at Perry High School, Campbell High School and Kennesaw Mountain High School in Cobb County, and most recently Creekview High School, located in Canton Georgia.

My family and I are excited and blessed to be part of Canes Nation, as we have made Cartersville our home since 2010.
