Mr. Jeremy A. Mann

Hello and I am Jeremy Mann (Sergeant Major) and I am super excited about being apart of the Cartersville High School family and staff.

I spent 30 years in the Army and was stationed in some great locations across the world.  I started my military career in February 1994 by enlisting in the U.S Army Reserve.  Spent 9 years in the Army Reserve prior to getting deployed to Iraq and returning from deployment, I decided I wanted to go active duty.  I was selected in April 2005 to go Active Guard Reserve.  From there, I spent 21 years on active duty with assignments in Boston, MA; Greenville, SC; Kaiserslautern, Germany; FT Liberty, NC; FT Leonard Wood, MO; and finished my career in Sloan, NV.  I held several different leadership positions and operational positions throughout my military career.  The three things I loved most about my career were mentoring and developing my Soldiers into leaders, learning new things from my Soldiers to ensure they felt they were part of the team, and meeting new people while making life-long friends and family.

I look forward to working with and mentoring the students at Cartersville High School in the JROTC program and the high school.
