Ms. Meneshea Wilkins

Hello, I am Meneshea Wikins, and I teach 10th Grade Literature. This is my twelfth year of teaching and my 3rd year here at CHS.

I am a Cartersville native and graduated back in 2003. I played Varsity basketball and I made some really great friends and memories. The halls and walls have changed, but it feels great to be back home!

I have one child a six-year-old son, King, who is starting 1st Grade! He is a huge ball of energy and he keeps me on my toes! I like to hang out at Home Goods and collect Rae Dunn classroom items. I love coffee and binge-watching shows on Netflix.

I am excited and eager to get back in the classroom to be with my students. I have a growing passion for learning and I want to not only teach my students but learn from them as well.

I was recently accepted into Berry's ContinUed Education program to pursue my Masters Degree as well as Tier 1 Leadership. This is an incredible opportunity and I am so eager to get started!

I am looking forward to the start of a great year and seeing new and familiar faces!

Go Canes!!
