Hello! My name is Amy Botts. I am a native of Rome, GA and began teaching in 2005. I am so excited to be a part of the Canes Family. I will be teaching World Geography. My goal in the classroom is to build an atmosphere that supports not only learning, but acceptance and awareness.

My husband, Kevin, and I have 4 boys. Thomas and Chase are all grown up. Thomas will be getting married this spring. Tyson and Bryce are younger and always on the go. Tyson plays football (GO CANES) and is an All-American player.  He represented Georgia as quarterback on the D1 All American Youth Team in Texas this past year. He also plays baseball and basketball for the Canes. He keeps us busy! He is in 3rd grade at Cartersville Primary. Bryce is 3 and keeps us active. He is full of personality and imagination. He loves to cheer on his brother as a Purple Hurricane in training! In my limited downtime, I love to read, draw, and cook. I am a huge football fan and I love Disney.
