Mrs. Breanna Johnson

Greetings! I'm Breanna Johnson, and I'm thrilled to serve as your child's ESOL teacher this academic year. Celebrating my tenth year at Cartersville City Schools, I am honored to be one of the fourth and fifth-grade ESOL teachers at Cartersville Elementary.

My educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Shorter University. I continued my education at Piedmont University, where I earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum & Instruction.

Beyond the classroom, my life is enriched by my amazing husband, Gevin Johnson, and our three delightful daughters—Willow, Blakely, and Wrenly—who truly are the heart of our world.

In addition to my role as an educator, I proudly lead as the Cartersville High School Varsity Competition Cheerleading Head Coach. Our achievements include clinching the AAAA State Championship title for the 2018 season, securing State Runner-Up for 2019 and 2022, and achieving a remarkable five-peat as Region Champions from 2019 to 2023. Go Canes!

As your child's teacher, my paramount goal is to create an environment where learning is an exciting daily adventure. I eagerly anticipate witnessing your child's growth and blossoming throughout the upcoming year.
