Beth Gaines

I grew up in North Carolina and Arkansas, but moved to Cartersville to begin my teaching career.  This is my twenty-eighth year in education, all at Cartersville Elementary School.  CES is a wonderful school, and I feel so fortunate to work here each day with our students and staff!  I have taught third grade and served as an EIP teacher for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.  I am excited about teaching your child in EIP this year!  My primary goal as an educator is to help my students develop a love of learning and the skills they will need to live with independence, curiousity and joy in a classroom community and in the world.  My husband and daughters and I are proud to be members of the Cartersville community!  

This will be an amazing year of growth for our students.  I look forward to all the wonderful experiences I will have with your child this year!
