Mrs. Bobbie Bruton | Teacher Support Specialist

After teaching in a CES classroom for six years, I spent three years exploring the position of academic coach at five schools in three districts across two countries! After leaving Uganda, I found the opportunity to come back "home" to CES as an Instructional Specialist / MTSS Coordinator for two years. The next two years were spent between both CES & CMS, sharing those same roles. For the past four years, I have been planted at CES focusing on supporting our teachers with Tier 1 as the Teacher Support Specialist. I get the joy of working alongside my colleagues to help sharpen our practices and empower our students to achieve their goals. For this school year, we are continuing to focus on our literacy commitments and striving for equity in our mathematics instruction. I am supporting our building in the PLC process while maintaining our committment to our STEAM certificiation & CKH initiatives. We truly are building legacies one student (and teacher) at a time!
