Mrs. Michelle Bell

Hi, I am Michelle Bell and I am excited to meet and work with you and your children this school year!   I come to Cartersville Elementary School with 32 years experience in special education; a combination of 21 years in elementary and 11 in middle school in both Florida and Georgia.    Despite my years of experience, I can sincerely admit I continue to learn and grow everyday along with the students.  I welcome your input and appreciate communication as we focus on your child’s growth.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me at any time you have questions or concerns.  Here's to the 2023-2024 school year......
