Mrs. Amy Barkley

Hello! My name is Amy Barkley. I grew up in Alabama, but I have called Cartersville home for 23 years. My husband, Scott, and I have four children. Our youngest daughter is an 8th grader at CMS, our two sons are in 10th and 12th grades at CHS, and our oldest daughter is beginning her career as a music teacher in Bartow County this year!

It has been my joy and privilege to be an educator for 25 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Middle School Education and a Master's in Early Childhood. I have had the opportunity to work with children in kindergarten through sixth grade during my career, but the majority of my years have been spent with fourth graders! I'm looking forward to another great year at CES!
