Mrs. Amy Barkley

Hello! My name is Amy Barkley. I grew up in Alabama, but I have called Cartersville home for 21 years. My husband, Scott, and I have four children ~ a 6th grader, 8th grader, 10th grader, and a 2020 graduate of Cartersville High. Go Canes!

It has been my joy and privilege to be an educator for 23 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Middle School Education and a Master's in Early Childhood. I have had the opportunity to work with children in kindergarten through sixth grade during my career, but the majority of my years have been spent with fourth graders! I'm looking forward to another great year at CES!
