The Cartersville School System has a long tradition of excellence in education. With more than one hundred twenty-five years of history in the Cartersville, Bartow County community, there is a rich heritage of significant contributions among the graduates of the school system. The success of our school system over the years is founded on the commitment and dedication given to our students by teachers, administrators, support staff, school board members, and parents. It is our goal and promise to continually seek ways to improve upon the rich tradition of excellence as we intentionally honor the past with a focus on the future while we simultaneously pursue present-day success.
As a charter school system, we take pride in being a recognized leader in education. Our system employees are dedicated to preparing our students for the future by providing a thorough curriculum, relevant learning experiences, and a support system of success for our students. There is an awe-inspiring sense of pride among our community and we will work daily to build upon this pride. We will continue to focus on preparing students for the challenges of progress and change through the development of the skills necessary to become lifelong learners in order that they may live successful and productive lives.
