Welcome to Physical Science! My name is Ryan Lee, and I hope to share my passion and love of science with your son/daughter this year. This is my 14th year in teaching and my fourth year teaching at Cartersville Middle School. I received a BS in Middle Grades Education from Kennesaw State University, a MS in Instructional Technology from Troy State University, and a Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Leadership.
Throughout my life, I have worked in various fields that are an asset to my teaching and allow me to relate real world experiences to my students. In high school and early college I worked as a bicycle mechanic and pursued a technical degree in Machine Tool Technology. When I am not teaching, I work part time as a fishing guide on the Etowah River and the Chattahoochee River. These occupations have many connections to the field of science and engineering and allow me to provide students with real world connections.
