Mr. Omar Nunez
I am 21 year old, at heart, and full of enthusiasm for educating all students. I have a love for learning and thrive in teaching others, especially, the fantastic Spanish language. My main goal as Spanish teacher is to inspire and build a strong foundation so my students become bilingual and productive citizens. I am a proud native from the beautiful country of Panama in North America, and from the small and picturesque town of La Colorada.
In 1981, I graduated with an Art Education degree from a Technical Art School of Panama. Later, in 1988, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in Radio, T.V., & Film and minor in Art from the University of Georgia. Moving forward with my education, I finished my ESOL Endorsement P-12 at Berry College in 1997. By 1999, I finally completed my Bachelor of Science in Spanish Education P-12 at Kennesaw State University. My last degree was the Master in Bilingual Curriculum from America College of Education in 2014.
