Mrs. Marilyn Kinney, 7th Grade Life Science

I have been a teacher for 22 years. This is my 15th year at Cartersville Middle School. I taught 8th grade Physical Science at CMS for 5 years and moved to 7th grade Life Science 10 years ago. This year I get the privilege of teaching Life Science again! It will be an exciting year.

My husband Marc and I have been married for 34 years. We have 3 children: Kaitlin, Jacob and Sam. Kaitlin graduated from The University of Georgia and The Ohio State University in marine biology. Jacob is a part-time college student and a full-time employee for our personal business, Kona Ice. Samuel is a part-time college student and a full-time employee for our personal business too. All 3 of my children graduated from the Cartersville City school system...GO CANES!
