I am a native of Bartow County and a graduate of Cartersville High School.  I was lucky enough to attend all twelve years at the City Schools.  I have taught previously in Bartow County Schools, Cartersville City Schools, Gordon County Schools and Georgia Northwestern College.  I have also owned a child development center in Calhoun, GA since 2006.

I am married to David McBrayer.  I have a stepdaughter named Maggie who is 20 and attends Augusta State University.  She plays softball for them.  I also have a 19-year-old son named Gunner.  Gunner graduated from Cartersville High School in May and will attend college at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Gunner will be pitching for their baseball team, the SIUe Cougars. I have two pets that I love like little humans.  Our Cat is named Snax and my dog is named Beau. 

I am really excited to be back "home" in the Cartersville City School system and am looking forward to an amazing 2022 - 2023 school year! If I can ever be of assistance to you or your child, please don't hesitate to reach out!
