Welcome to Second grade!

I am so excited and cannot wait to get to know your child and your family. I am so excited and have so much planned. I cannot wait to see your child learn and grow this year!

Although I am not originally from Cartersville, I have lived here for the last five years, and I am so excited to be a Hurricane! I graduated college from Kennesaw State University with a major in Early Childhood Education in 2021. I am in the process of earning my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and will finish that in the spring of 2023. I am ESOL, Reading, and Gifted endorsed. I am also currently engaged to my fiance, Brett Valk, and I am a soon to be step mama to our sweet Barrett. We have two fur babies, Beau and Sailer, and love to spend family time more than anything else!
