I began my teaching career in 1995 and taught 5th grade at Ford and Vaughan Elementary in Cobb County. In 2000, I became a Technology Integration Specialist in Cobb County supporting 8 schools K-12. I continued to work in Cobb as a Consultant for Online Curriculum, and a Supervisor in the Professional Learning Department managing the district's online learning management system. In February, 2017, I joined Cartersville Elementary School staff as the Instructional Technology Specialist. My role is to support teachers with technology integration within their classrooms.
My wife and I have a six acre horse farm where I spend most of my time! Outside of the farm work, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking and spending time with my family. My wife is the counselor at CPS and CES and my daughter attends Cartersville Elementary School. Go Canes!
