Health/Physical Education
A key focus will be on spatial awareness—learning how to move safely in both personal and shared space. Students will practice adjusting to different activities, respecting classmates, and moving with control.
We will also emphasize collaboration and teamwork. Through partner challenges and group games, students will develop communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills that support both physical and social growth.
To keep learning fun and engaging, we will play a wide variety of games, including Castle Crashers, Basketball, Soccer, Hula Hoops, 4 Square, Pirate’s Treasure, and Raceway Relay. These activities encourage students to stay active while applying skills in movement, strategy, and teamwork.
By the end of the semester, students should demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to move with purpose, participate safely, and work effectively with others. Our goal is to provide every child with a positive PE experience that promotes fitness, fun, and lifelong healthy habits.
