The Office of Strategic Innovation and Improvement leads district efforts to design, implement, and sustain initiatives that drive student success and organizational excellence. We work collaboratively with schools, departments, and community partners to advance the district’s strategic plan, foster innovative practices, and monitor progress toward key goals.

The Chief of Staff guides continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making, program evaluation, and the alignment of resources to high-impact priorities. This work includes coordinating strategic projects, overseeing district and school improvement planning, and championing innovative solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and operational effectiveness.
